Previously unknown recordings by Dinu Lipatti have been discovered in a Swiss private archive. Some of these recordings are concert performances and have survived on private acetates, others are test pressings of works which Lipatti never recorded commercially, including some of his own compositions. All have been authenticated.

"Thanks to the enterprise of producers Mark Ainley and Werner Unger, we now have an even fuller picture of Lipatti´s pianistic development and musical sympathies." (American Record Guide)

"But never mind the "surface noise" and all that. I´m shure no Lipatti lover in the land will want to be without these previously unobtainable precious memories..." (Gramophone)

„This material is a welcome addition to the known recordings of this artist who was an exclusive EMI artist. It confirms that Lipatti's great popularity is due to his musical integrity.“ (FonoForum)
